STAT-USA will provide a refund to customers if the request is made during the trial period. After the trial period, STAT-USA will assess service charges.
Please contact STAT-USA to request a refund. As we do not save full credit card numbers, we will need the credit card number you used when you placed the original order to process your refund request. Refunds (full or partial) will be calculated from the day we receive your credit card number. We recommend that you do not e-mail your credit card number to us as that is not a secure means of transmission. You can contact us by phone on 1-800-STAT-USA (800-782-8872) or (202) 482-1986 or by fax on 202-482-2164.
On-line services:
You will have a one week trial period from date of purchase to receive a full refund.
Quarterly subscribers after the trial period will have an additional 23 days to cancel and will receive a partial refund. Annual subscribers after the trial period will have an additional 83 days to cancel and receive a partial refund.

CD-ROMS:
For single issues of our CD-ROM products, the trial period is one week from date of receipt. If, during that time, you are not satisfied, we will give you a refund of the amount paid minus the cost associated with shipping and handling. Currently that cost is $5.00 for domestic shipments and $15.00 for foreign shipments. In order to receive a refund, the CD-ROM must be returned to us at your expense within two weeks from the date of receipt.
For an annual subscription, the trial period is two weeks. To determine the amount of a refund, we will charge you the single CD price per each CD already received, then, we will subtract that amount from the subscription price originally paid.
If the cancellation and refund request is made in two weeks from date of purchase of the subscription and, the first CD is returned at your expense, a refund will be granted minus shipment and handling.
Refunds for bulk orders will be handled on a case by case basis. |
